Before existing aquarium can start our maintenance program consultation must be performed. During your consultation, your aquarium will receive an assessment to ensure you have the proper filtration and lighting systems. We will discuss with you the current state of the aquarium and what your future goals and expectations are. Also we will discuss what has inhibited you from reaching your aquarium goals to date. After the assessment we will review our maintenance agreement which outlines our responsibility to each other in this business relationship. This consult is a free service we provide

Aquarium Consultation for New Aquarium Installs

if you’re in the market for a news free-standing aquarium package set up, or a custom built-in aquarium our consultation rep will come to you on-site at your home or office. The fee for aquarium package purchase or a  custom built-in purchase is just $50. This consult will save you hundreds of dollars and much of your valuable time. If you decide to sign on for aquarium maintenance program you will receive a $50 credit on your first invoice as an offset of the consultation fee. We also offer this service free of charge if you make a appointment income into our store for the consultation.

On-site Professional Aquarium Consultant

Are you at a loss and just need advice or guidance? One of our professionals can come out and assess your filtration and lighting systems in the current state of your aquarium. You may ask any question about your tank equipment. We’ll give you unbiased honest advice on what to do. This consult start $75 an hour with a one-hour minimum depending on distance from our store’s location.

If you’re new to the hobby and would like to build confidence in your aquarium keeping skills used to schedule one of our aquarium experts to come out in your location in doing one time clean in a class all in one.
