GlassAquaticsOnline.com accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders as a form of payment. We do not accept credit cards via email or Live Chat.

Pricing

Certain manufacturers have Minimum Advertise Price (MAP) rules. We are unable to discount products from these brands.  Please understand, we may add new vendors to this list at any time.

Price Matching

GlassAquaticsOnline.com will price match authorized resellers on non-MAP items in most circumstances. When requesting a price match please place your order by phone and provide us with a link to the competitor’s site and the item that you would like us to match.

Terms and Conditions:

• We are unable to offer price matching on rock, salt & sand
• Item must be in stock and not on clearance or being discontinued
• Item must not be a special daily/hourly sale or door buster
• Item must not be shipped from or sold by a third party (Amazon, Ebay, etc.)
• Does not apply to memberships or club discount programs
• Price matching is not valid with other coupons or discounts
• We will not honor any pricing that is clearly a mistake or error on another site
• We reserve the right to match any pricing we see fit or decline a price match for any reason
• We reserve the right to cancel, change, or modify these terms and conditions at any time

Coupon Codes

We offer coupon codes occasionally for special promotions. Coupon codes are limited to one use per customer for in stock items only. Please note coupon codes cannot be applied to MAP priced products unless specifically specified. Coupon codes expire and are invalid after their expiration date has passed and cannot be applied to prior purchases.

Sales Tax

Texas residents will be charged sales tax upon checkout.

 Payment Agreement

By accepting the terms and agreement of GlassAquaticsOnline.com you agree to pay the total invoiced amount of your order.  Credit card transactions will be processed with payment in full before any merchandise is shipped.  If purchasing with a credit card you may be contacted for the CCV security code, or credit card number to verify the payment.  We are never provided your full credit card number for your order.  

You also agree to shipping and delivery terms by placing and purchasing product from our website(s).  We reserve the right to ship via FedEx, UPS, freight or USPS for any orders placed.  Generally all shipments will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, however some orders may be shipped different methods based on cost.  If you need a shipment sent by a certain carrier please contact us first before placing an order.

Confirmed Billing and Shipping

For shipping of merchandise your billing address must match with the information provided by your credit card.  Zip code and address must match and be verified by the Credit Card service in order to complete payment and verify payments.  You may be contacted by us to confirm payment if using a credit card to authenticate the transaction.  If shipping to a unconfirmed address you will be required to have that address added or verified with your credit card company.  This will not only protect us but yourself from credit card fraud.  Thank you and please contact us if you have any questions.

For larger orders, we may require a photo ID be emailed to us for verification of your order.  This is to protect you and an added safety to prevent fraud from unauthorized users of your credit card.
