Plesiastrea are a very easy coral to care for and is typically great coral for beginners. This coral requires moderate flow and low lighting conditions and should be placed on lower part of your tank. They will show shades of green, red and tan generally.
Plesiastrea are mainly photosynthetic, relying ,on the products of their zooxanthellae, but, they should also be fed phytoplankton and zooplankton, as well as other products like Coral Feast and Reef Energy or other amino acids and probiotics.

Of course, you should always maintain proper water parameters by maintaining good calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity levels.
