Stylocoeniella is a very peaceful and easy to keep coral that prefers low to moderate light and flow. With these requirements, it is generally found somewhere in the lower half of the aquarium.
This is another coral that we think is highly underrated given the fact that it is easy to keep and comes in a variety of colors. One of the most extravagant specimens is the "Looney Tunes" variant, that has a dark blue/purple base with bright orange, pink, and yellow polyps.
Stylocoeniella corals are mainly photosynthetic, relying on the products of their zooxanthellae, but they should also be fed phytoplankton and zooplankton, as well as other products like Coral Feast, Reef Energy and other amino acids and probiotics. Of course, you should always maintain proper water parameters by maintaining good calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity levels.
